稀土钙钛矿型催化剂的制备及其对催化活性的影响

摘要 稀土钙钛矿型复合氧化物ABO3(式中A位为稀土元素,B位为过渡金属元素)是一氧化碳的有效催化剂,其初始活性与寿命优于铂催化剂,因此有希望成为铂的代用品,用于汽车尾气的净化.本文对结构式为La0.8Sr0.2CoO3的稀土复合氧化物的制备、附着方法及其对催化活性的影响进行了研究,并对所研制的稀土钙钛矿型催化剂做了汽车台架模拟试验.结果表明,这种催化剂对汽车尾气中的一氧化碳的转化率接近100%. Rare earth perovskite type compound oxide ABO3 (in the formula, A represents rare earth element and B represents transition-metal element) is an effective catalyst for carbon monoxide. Its initial activity and length of time are better than those of the platinum catalyst, so it is promising to be the substitute of platinum for the purification of tail gas from automobiles. In this paper, the preparation and adhesion method of RE compound oxide La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 and its suspension has been conducted with the RE perovskite type catalyst.Results indicate that by the use of this catalyst, the conversion rate of carbon monoxide in the automobile tail gas is close to 100%.
