摘要
不锈钢-碳钢爆炸复合板在化工和压力容器中作为耐蚀结构材料,在我国已有大量应用.该复合板结合区微观特征的研究不多.本文对这种复合板结合区的成分和组织进行了电子探针研究.结果显示,该复合板的结合区中存在着金属强烈的塑性变形、熔化和原子间的相互扩散等冶金过程.爆炸复合材料的冶金结合就是由这些冶金过程形成的.
Stainless steel-carbon steel composite sheet has been widely used in our country as anticorrosive structural material for chemical engineering and pressurized containers. However,there is not much study on its micro characteristics. In this paper,electronic probe micro-analysis on the bonding zone of this composite sheet is described. Results indicate that there exist in the bonding zone some metallurgical courses such as strong plastic deformation, melting of metals and interdiffusion between atoms,etc.. The metallurgical bonding of the explosive composite material is just formed by these metallurgical courses.
