硫化铅矿中分离氧化铅时的酸效应及其消除 被引量:1

摘要 在用醋酸-醋酸铵溶液和氯化铵-醋酸铵溶液分离硫化铅矿中的氧化铅时,浸取溶液的酸度对从硫化铅矿中分离氧化铅的影响较大,酸度愈高,硫化铅浸取愈多,氧化铅分析结果偏高.为了降低这种酸效应,我们采用盐酸羟胺-醋酸铵溶液分离硫化铅矿中的氧化铅,该浸取溶液酸度低,同时有较强的还原性,能抑制硫化铅矿的溶解,提高了硫化铅矿中分离氧化铅的准确性. When acetic acid-ammonium acetate solution and ammonium chloride-ammonium acetate solution are used to separate lead oxide from lead sulfide ores, the influence of the acidity of the leaching solution on the separation of lead oxide from lead sulfide ores is rather significant. The higher the acidity, the more the leaching of lead sulfide and the analytical results of lead oxide are on the high side. In order to reduce the acidity effect, we have applied hydroxylamine hydrochloride-ammonium acetate solution to separate lead oxide from lead sulfide minerals. The acidity of this leaching solution is low and its reductibility is better, so it can depress the dissolution of lead sulfide minerals and enhance the accuracy of the separation of lead oxide from lead sulfide minerals.
