高可靠性软件分组数据的极值统计分析 被引量:1

摘要 提出了分组失效数据极值统计分析的方法,首先用相关系数法对分组失效数据的母体分布进行了假设检验;然后对母体分布的参数分别进行了点估计和区间估计,并求得可靠度的置信下限,最后通过仿真验证了方法的可行性并给出了一实例。 This paper presents the analytical method of statistics of extremes for grouped data. First the related - coefficient test is used to decide the grouped data's extreme value distribution;Then the point estimation and confidence interval of the parameter of extreme value distribution is derived. At the same time the lower confident interval of the reliability is derived. At last the method is proved through simulation and an example is given.
