摘要
通过对间歇式小本体聚丙烯粉料烧料现象的分析,找出了间歇式小本体聚丙烯粉料产生烧料现象的原因。通过加强气分装置的技术改造和生产监控,提高原料丙烯的质量和平稳性;加入适量的三乙基铝(A lE t3)活化剂,即选择适宜的活化剂(A l)与聚丙烯催化剂(T i)的摩尔比,以减少A lE t3活化剂在产品中的残留量;降低放料温度(放料温度不宜超过45℃)等措施,基本解决了间歇式小本体聚丙烯烧料的问题。
Problem of caking of polypropylene powder occurred in batch bulk propylene polymerization process was analyzed. The caking was considered mainly due to residual active agent AIEt3 in polypropylene product. Three measures had been taken to solve this problem. Firstly, quality of feedstock propylene and its stability were improved by modification of propylene treatment unit to lower the S ,O2, H2O and As contents in propylene feedstock and by strengthening production quality control. Secondly, adjustment mole ratio of Al to Ti between active agent AlEt3 added into reaction system and the catalyst should be appropriate. Thirdly, temperature of polymer powder during its discharging from the plant should be lower than 45℃ By taking the above mentioned three measures, problem of caking of polypropylene powder was solved.
