摘要
ＰＸＺ－１２００／１８０型旋回破碎机偏心轴套内部有铸造缺陷，加之承受间断循环大冲击载荷，使之产生裂纹，裂纹深８～２０ｍｍ甚至裂透不等。用焊修的方法修复裂纹，经５年多的生产检验。
Inside the eccentric axle sleave in PXZ 1200/180 gyratory crusher has founding defects,and it supports sirculate loads sometimes so it was peosuced cracks,deep of cracks is 8￣20 mm and others.It has a good effect to repair cracks with welding method in practice of five years.
