规划建设体现当地历史文化的居住区

Planning and Building Residential Districts Reflecting Local History and Culture

当地历史文化缺失是中国大规模居住区建设中存在的严重问题,笔者根据基地中没有或有历史实物的不同情况,结合实例提出了不同的规划方法:没有历史实物的情况下包括再现历史功能、物化历史文化景观、展示历史文化图文等;有历史实物的情况下包括原样保留、改造后保留和旧材新用等,此方法对当前居住区的规划建设有着重要的指导意义.

The Lack of local history and culture presents a regret and serious problem in large-scale residential district construction nowadays. It is necessary to take this problem into consideration while planning and building residential districts. Two methods to solve this problem are suggested with examples based on having or not having historical objects, one reproducing the historical functions, materializing cultural scenes in history and displaying pictures and writings of old date and the other keeping the historic spots as what are remained or after reconstructing them or even creating new scenes with old materials.
