硒化镉纳米粒子与碘化三甲氨基苯基卟啉钴复合膜光学性能研究

Photoluminescence of Composite Films Assembled from CdSe Nanoparticles and Meso-tetra-(4-Trimethylaminophenyl) Porphyrin Cobalt Iodide

摘要 为了探索CdSe纳米粒子合成的最佳条件及其与碘化三甲氨基苯基卟啉钴(CoTAPP I)复合膜的光学性能,采用湿化学法合成了CdSe纳米粒子;利用逐层沉积法组装了CdSe-CoTAPP I复合膜。用紫外-可见吸收光谱监测了成膜过程。利用荧光光谱比较系统地研究了聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)、放置时间、热处理、紫外光照射等条件对复合膜发光性能的影响,结果发现复合膜的发光性能相对于单一组份的CdSe纳米粒子和CoTAPP I都有很大程度改变。 In order to explore the best conditions of CdSe nanoparticles and photolumi- nescence properties of CdSe nanoparticles and meso-tetra-(4-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin cobalt iodide composite film. CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by wet chemical method in the presence of sodium citrate as capping agent. Composite films of CdSe nanoparticles and meso-tetra- (4-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin cobalt iodide (CoTAPPI) were assembled by stepwise deposition process. The deposition process was monitored by UV-vis absorption spectra. It was shown that the film was assembled layer by layer. The CdSe-CoTAPPI composite film not only extended the optical absorption spectrum into a wider visible range and effectively absorbed visible light, but also obtained a better spectral match to the solar spectra. The influences of sodium polystyrolsulfonate (PSS), placed time, heat-treatment and UV-radiation on photoluminescence of the composite films were studied in details. It was found that the photoluminescence properties of the composite films were greatly changed relative to CdSe nanoparticles and CoTAPPI.
