摘要
按照腐蚀的基本理论,结合COG液晶显示模块的产品特点,介绍了ITO电极腐蚀发生的理论原因。发生电极腐蚀的三个原因是污染物、潮湿的环境、电极走线间的电压差。要从环境控制、结构设计、工艺控制三个方面进行预防腐蚀工作。
According to the general eroding theory and the characteristic of COG-LCM, the cause of the erosion of ITO electrode is introduced. The contamination,humid environment and voltage difference between the adjacent electrodes are the main three causes for erosion. In order to solve the problem, environment control, structure design optimizing and process control should be performed.
