摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一个复杂的全身性的炎症过程。病变部位形成粥样斑块,最终斑块破裂引发血栓形成是导致急性冠脉综合征发生的主要原因。他汀类在动脉粥样硬化的治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。除了降脂作用,他汀类更具有潜在的多效性,包括提高一氧化氮生物利用度、修复受损内皮、抗炎、抗氧化、促新生血管形成、稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块、动员内皮祖细胞等。现就当前他汀类多效性的主要研究进展作一综述。
Atherosclerosis is a complex systemic inflammatory process. Acute coronary syndrome is caused chiefly by atherosclerotic plaque instability. Statins are playing an increasingly important role in the therapy of atherosclerosis. Besides cholesterol-lowering properties, the pleiotropic effects of statins include increased nitric oxide bioavailability, improvement of endothelial dysfunction, antioxidant properties, inhibition of inflammatory responses, pro-angiogenic actions, stabilization of atherosclerotic plaques and mobilization of endothelial progenitor ceils.
