膝关节前交叉韧带解剖测量和MRI测量对照分析

Controlled analysis of anterior cruciate ligament measurement by anatomy and MRI

目的明确膝关节前交叉韧带MRI测量的意义。方法将中国成人新鲜离体膝关节标本分别同时进行解剖测量和MR测量,将两组测量值进行分析比较。结果分析发现二者显著相关,除部分MRI测量值呈显著偏小趋势外,具体数据上MRI测量值比较接近解剖测量值,一定程度上可以认为组织的MRI测量值能够反映其真实解剖值。结论MRI是对膝关节软组织结构和骨组织结构进行精确测量的重要手段,对某些数据(如角度)的测量其基本可以替代解剖测量。

Objective To evaluate the value of the measurement of anterior curciate ligament （ACI.） hy MRI, Methods The length, thickness, width and the angle to the sagital plane and coronary plane of fresh knee joint of the Chinese adult in vitro were measured separately. The data gained by MRI were compared and analysisd, Results The data of the two groups were in good accordance. The data gained by MRI were approaching to the anatomy, though partially took on a trend of being smaller. The data gained by MRI could reflect the true anatomic data in a certain degree. Conclusion MR1 is an important way to measure the ,soft tissue and osseous tissue accurately, it can take the place of anatomic measurement for some data such as the angle.
