摘要
目的探讨肘关节镜下松解治疗肘关节强直术后的康复与护理。方法总结2005年1月～2005年12月问收治的11例肘关节强直患者的临床资料，所有患者均行关节镜下关节腔清理、关节囊松解术。术后镇痛泵下进行有序的康复训练并实施良好的护理。结果术后平均随访7．6个月（2～14个月）。肘关节伸直、屈曲分别平均较前改善42°及29°。术前Mayo评分良2例，中7例，差2例；术后优1例，良7例，中3例。除1例短期出现轻度尺神经麻痹，未出现其他术后并发症。结论关节镜下松解创伤小，出血少，恢复快。在术后早期给予康复训练和精心护理，使患者康复理想，并发症少。
Objective To introdue postoperative rehabilitation and nursing after arthroscopic releasing of stiff elbow. Methods Clinical study on 11 patients undergone arthroscopy from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2005 was performed. All the patients underwent arthroscopic debridement and joint capsular releasing. Postoperative rehabilitation and nursing were applied under good pain control. Results The patients were followed up postoperatively for 7--6 months on average （2-14 months）. Increase of extension and flexion were 42° and 39° respetively, According to preoperative Mayo scale,2 cases were good,7 were fair,2 were poor. One cases was excellent, 7 were good,3 were fair postoperatively. No other complications occurred except for one with transient ulnar nerve paralysis. Conclusion Arthoscopic releasing is a good treatment for stiff elbow because of less injury,bleeding and fast recovery. Good therapeutic result can be get if early rehabilitation and careful nursing were applied,
