摘要 华能上海石洞口第二电厂600MW超临界机组锅炉冲渣水系统由开式排放改造成闭式循环系统后,为达到系统的水量平衡,必须要对冲渣水进行深度处理后作为工业水进行回用。为使冲渣水能达到工业水的水质指标,对冲渣水进行了混凝、沉淀处理工艺的试验、研究,探索出了合适的处理工艺并在现有的工业水澄清池中进行了处理调试,使出水水质完全达到了回用的要求,实现了连续的处理和回用。通过连续处理和回用,达到了冲渣水闭式循环系统的水量平衡,每年减少约330万t冲渣废水的外排和相同数量的长江水的取水,取得了较大的社会效益和经济效益。 After the retrofitting of flushing slag water system in 600 MW supercritical boiler from open-type discharge into closed cycle system, the flushing slag water should be reused by treating deeply so as to keep the system water balance. In order to meet the water quality objective of industrial water, the coagulating and precipitating experiments were performed on the flushing slag water. Based on this, applicable treatment technology was discovered, with which the industry water was treated in existing clarifier system. The result shows that the outlet water meets reusing request and realizes continuous water recycling. Thanks to the continuous treatment and reusing, conventional water quantity balance of the flushing slag water closed cycle system has been realized. The annual discharging of flushing slag water is reduced by about 3.3 million tons, which means the same quantity of fresh Water from Long River is saved, making significant economic and social benefits.
