水泥包装机准确度评定方法及应用

Method of evaluating accuracy of cement packager

基于数理统计的方法,提出了一种包装机准确度评定方法。参照包装机行业标准、国家计量检定标准以及主要包装机生产厂对包装机准确度的规定,制定了以袋重标准偏差为主的包装机准确度标准。该方法可以进一步计算与包装机准确度有关的其它参数,如包装机灌装设定值、20袋总重等。给出了有关参数的计算公式,以实际生产数据对公式计算结果进行了验证。

An evaluation method for accuracy of cement packager was presented based on mathematical statistics. The accuracy standard of packager concerning standard deviation of bag weight mainly was established refering to the trade standard and national metrological verification, and the demand of some dominant cement packager manufacturers. This method could also be used to calculate other parameters concerned to the standard deviation of bag weight, such as the set value of filling ablity of packager, sum weight of 20 bags and so on. The formula of relative parameters were presented and verified in practice.
