摘要
重度前列腺增生需手术治疗。作者对４２例重度前列腺增生患者行经尿道非接触式激光治疗。根据手术前后ＡＵＡ症状评分、最大尿流率改变和残余尿改变情况，对术后６个月以上者进行随访，疗效良好者占７５％。作者还对手术操作技巧及相关问题及治疗体会进行讨论。作者认为：如能熟练掌握手术操作技术，激光治疗重度前列腺增生患者仍是安全、有效的治疗方法。
