直馏汽油芳构化技术的应用

Application of straight run gasoline aromatization

南阳石蜡精细化工厂3万t.a-1芳构化装置应用洛阳石化工程公司开发的直馏汽油芳构化专利技术,生产出了液化气和高辛烷值改质汽油。几年来的运行结果表明,装置安全可靠,改质汽油和液化气总收率达94%以上,所产高辛烷值汽油组分适合作为炼油厂90#、93#无铅汽油的调合组分。本文总结了芳构化装置适宜的操作条件,分析了影响轻烃芳构化的因素和原料、产品性质,指出了装置运行过程中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。

The liquid gas and modified gas oil were produced by patent of straight run gasoline aromatization which applied to the aromatization device of Nanyang paraffin fine chemical engineering plant. The results showed that the device was safe; the yield is over 94% ; and the octane number increased. The process conditions were summarized; the factors, materials and characters were analyzed; and problems and improvement are pointed out.
