摘要
为了提高紫红薯色素的纯度,研究了不同条件下树脂吸附和解吸紫红薯色素的性能。实验结果表明:X-5树脂对紫红薯色素的吸附效果最好;X-5树脂在吸附液pH为4,吸附流速为2.0mL/min时吸附能力较强;在室温和解吸流速为1.5mL/min的条件下,以60%乙醇作为解吸剂时洗脱效果最好。此研究结果为紫红薯色素的生产提供了理论依据。
The adsorption and desorption properties of Purple Ipomoea batatas on macroporous resin pigment was studied, The result shows that the adsorption ability of X-5 resin is the best and the X-resin has greater adsorption ability at pH4 and 2.0mL/min, When the concentration of alcohol is 60%, the desorption is the most effective at 1.5mL/min and normal temperature. The studies provide the theoretical evidence for the industrialized production of Purple Ipomoea batatas.
