酶解-溶剂法提取罗汉果中黄酮类物质的研究 被引量:19

摘要 研究酶法与溶剂提取相结合提取罗汉果中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件,通过正交试验找出纤维素酶法及溶剂提取的最佳工艺条件。纤维素酶法的最佳提取工艺条件为纤维素酶浓度50U/mL、酶解液pH5.2、酶解温度65℃、酶解时间80min;溶剂提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇∶粗提液(体积比)=1∶8,石油醚∶粗提液(体积比)=3∶1,乙酸乙酯∶粗提液(体积比)=2∶1,结果表明酶解-溶剂法提取罗汉果黄酮具有较高的提取率,是一种安全可靠的提取方法。 The method of enzyme-solvent extraction process for flavonoid from grosvenor momordica. The orthogonal tests were used to find the most suitable process for enzyme extraction and solvent extraction. The results show the most suitable process are that cellulase concentration 50U/mL, pH5.2, temperature 65℃, time 80min and the proper condition for solvent extraction are follows that ethanol :extraction is 1:8, petroleum benzine:extraction is 3:1, ethyl acetate:extraction is 2:1. The results show that enzyme-solvent extraction process is an effective way to extract flavonoid from Grosvenor momordica.
