不同干燥方法对枇杷叶化学成分和抗氧化活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 研究不同干燥方法对枇杷叶化学成分和抗氧化活性的影响。将样品分别采用冷冻干燥、真空干燥、热风干燥和自然干燥进行干燥处理,采用比色法测定枇杷叶中总黄酮的含量,采用RP-HPLC测定枇杷叶中熊果酸的含量,分析不同干燥的样品对·OH的清除作用。结果表明冷冻干燥和真空干燥对枇杷叶中总黄酮含量和抗氧化作用影响较小,4种干燥方法对枇杷叶中熊果酸的影响不显著。采用真空干燥是一种比较好的干燥方法。 To study the Effect of different drying methods on chemical composition and anti-oxidation activity of Ioquat leaves, the leaves was dried by the methods of freeze drying, vacuum drying, hot air drying and sunny drying. The content of total flavone was determined by spectrophotometry method and the contents of ursolic acid were determined by RP-HPLC method. The scavenging effects of Ioquat leaves extraction on hydroxyl free radical were also studied. The results showed that freeze-drying and vacuum drying have litter loss on the content of total flavone and anti-oxidation. The influenced of four kinds of drying methods on the content of ursolic acid hash 't obvious contrast. So the vacuum drying method is better method to dry Ioquat leaves.
