Analysis of oxytetracycline in honey by ELISA

间接竞争ELISA分析了自制抗土霉素抗体的灵敏度与特异性,结果表明,所得抗体的灵敏度和特异性都较好,和其它结构相似或相近物质的交叉反应率较低。对蜂蜜中土霉素的提取方法进行了研究,得出了它们的最佳提取方法和条件。以自制抗体建立的间接竞争ELISA法对蜂蜜中土霉素的残留量进行了检测,所建立的间接竞争ELISA方法对土霉素的检测范围为5～200ng/mL,相关系数r为0.9951,在此范围内对人工污染样品的平均回收率为97.5%～107.0%。

The sensitivity and specificity of the antibody were analyzed using indirect competitive ELISA, and the results reveal that the antibodies have good sensitivity and specificity and low ratio of cross reaction with other structure similar antibiotics. The extracting conditions and methods of oxytetracycline from honey were studied, and the best extracting method and conditions were obtained. On the basis of these, the indirect competitive ELISA was used to analyze oxytetracycline content in honey. The results show that the detecting range is 5- 200ng/mL, and the recovery of this method is 97.5%-107%.
