对橙皮果酱的加工工艺进行研究,生产出了具有浓郁橙子风味、酱体均匀细腻、流散性适宜的优质果酱。
The processing technology of the orange peel jam was studied. The product had high quality with rich flavour of orange exquisite texture and suitable viscosity.
