抄纸过程模拟现场的功能实现

The function realization of simulating worksite of papermaking process

为了提高抄纸过程的质量控制系统的设计效率,提出了设计抄纸过程模拟现场的课题,讨论了抄纸过程模拟现场中的质量形成过程、扫描架、控制阀、测量仪表、网络传送等若干基本因素,还论述了抄纸过程模拟现场基本功能的划分,如手动操作界面、质量形成曲线、模拟扫描架界面、网络连接界面、许多随机事件,及其实现方法。

In the paper, the topic of simulating paper making worksite is put forward for improving the working efficiency of the QCS design. Several fundamental factors, such as procedure of quality formation, scanner, control valve, meter and net transmitting are discussed and the fundamental functions of the paper making process simulation, such as the manual operating interface, the profile on forming of the quality, the interface of simulating scanner, the interface of net connection, several random events and their realizing method etc. are also discussed in the paper.
