摘要
5TY-10A型玉米种子脱粒机是与玉米种子加工成套技术相配套的关键设备。该机采用钉齿滚筒式脱粒装置、穗轴抛送装置和吸气式风选初清装置,可一次完成玉米种芯分离,破碎率和夹带损失率均低于国家标准。生产试验研究表明,玉米果穗最适宜在含水率17%～20%时进行脱粒,玉米果穗脱粒时应采用较低的滚筒转速,最适宜滚筒转速为540r/min,其籽粒破碎率控制在1%以下,各项指标完全满足玉米籽粒脱粒的技术要求。
5TY-10A Type corn seed threshing machine is suitable for complete sets processing technology of corn seeds, which includes spiked-drum type component, cob axes thrower and pneumatic winnower. Separating grains with cob core be completed in meantime, and broken rate of corn seed is under 1%. Itwas indicated by experimental results that its technological performance were meet the need of high threshing technical norms of corn seed, and the most suitable threshing condition is moisture content 17%-20% and cylinder speed 540 r/min.
