人力资源是图书馆的宝贵资源,是图书馆发展的核心因素。指出图书馆应重视图书馆员的团队协作精神,加强图书馆人才的选拔与使用,做好馆员的培训工作,制定正确、完善的考核体制,图书馆人力资源管理人员也应加强自身学习。

The human resource, which is the valuable resource of the library, is the kernel factor for the development of the library. This paper points out that the library should pay attention to the team cooperative spirit of the librarians, strengthen the selection and use of library＇s talents, do well the training work of the librarians and formulate the fight and perfect feed back system, and library＇s human resource managers also should strengthen the self-learning.
