分析了扩招后高校图书馆文献建设面临的困境,提出了增加经费投入、完善馆藏信息资源、开展馆际互借、开发网络信息资源等提高图书馆文献资源保障能力的对策。

This paper analyzes on the difficult position faced by university library in the literature construction after the enrollment expanding, and puts forward some countermeasures for increasing university library＇s literature guaranteeing ability such as increasing the fund input, perfecting the collected information resources, carrying out the mutual borrowing among libraries, and developing the network information resources, etc.
