股市全流通已经成为中国经济社会重要问题,也是中国股市今后一段时间必须面对的一个重要课题。中国股市的问题本质上就在于股权分置这个不合理制度及其派生的一系列不合理机制所造成的制度危机。通过对吉林敖东缩股模式进行的深入探讨,指出采用一种新的制度方案——资本价值缩股流通制度可以较为科学地解决股权分置不合理及其派生出的一系列不合理现象。

The complete circulation of the stock exchange has become an important problem of Chinese economic society, and also is an important subject that the Chinese stock exchange must face in a period of time in the future. The problems of Chinese stock exchange lay on the irrational system, the stock rights separating system, and a series of the system risks caused by the irrational mechanism. Through the deep exploration of the stock reducing mode of Jilin Aodong, this paper points out that adopting a new system scheme, the capital value stock reducing circulation system, can solve the irrational stock rights separation in a more scientific way and a series of irrational phenomenon derived therefrom.
