20世纪90年代以来,一些西方学者运用新制度经济学的分析方法,将制度因素和交易成本引入国际贸易理论,对制度(特别是非正式制度)在国际贸易中的作用进行了比较深入的研究。介绍了国际贸易理论新研究范式的形成背景条件,阐述了新研究范式的主要理论,总结了新研究范式的几点启示。

Since 1990s, the institutional factor and functions of the institution by using the new institutional economic analyzing method, some western economists introduce are transaction cost into the international trade theory, and make deeper researches on the （especially the informal institution） in the international trade,. This paper introduces the background conditions for the formation of the new research program on international trade theory, expounds the main theories of the new research program, and sums up several inspirations of the new research program.
