我国中小企业信用担保体系在贯彻政府扶持中小企业发展政策中发挥着举足轻重的作用。从影响信用担保体系建立的环境因素入手,论述了中小企业信用担保体系的设置、管理制度的建立及评价体系的设立等,以促进中小企业担保机构的发展和完善。

The credit guarantee system of our country＇s small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in implementing the governmental policy of supporting the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Starting from the environmental factors influencing the establishment of the credit guarantee system, this paper discusses on the establishment of the credit guarantee system of the small and medium-sized enterprises, the establishment of the managerial system, and the establishment of the evaluation system, etc. for promoting the development and perfection of the guarantee system of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
