简述了薪酬的定义、目标和薪酬设计的原则,分析了制定薪酬的影响因素,指出了构建有效的薪酬系统应注意的若干问题。
This paper briefly expounds the definition and target of the salary and the principles of the design of the salary, analyzes on the factors influencing the formulation of the salary, and points out some problems needing attention in constructing the effective salary system.
