介绍了以人为本的基本精神内涵,阐述了以人为本在管理工作中的地位和作用,分析了高校机关科室管理工作的特点和现状,指出了体现以人为本理念的科室管理工作原则,提出了体现以人为本理念的科室管理工作方法。
This paper introduces the basic spiritual connotations of people-based concept, expounds the position and function of people-based concept in the managerial work, analyzes on the features and present situation of the managerial work of university administrative offices, and puts forward some principles and methods of the administrative offices' managerial work that externalize people-based concept.
