信息管理专业人才培养与社会需求的差距分析

The Analysis on the Differences between the Talent Cultivation of the Information Management Speciality and the Social Needs

信息管理专业人才培养与社会需求之间存在很大差距,一方面社会需要大量信息管理专业人才,另一方面信息管理专业培养的学生就业并不理想。分析了信息管理专业在人才培养方式、人才能力结构、课程设置上与社会需求存在的差距,阐述了这些差距产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

The big difference exists between the talent cultivation of information management speciality and the social needs. On one hand, the society needs a large number of the talents of the information management speciality; on the other hand, the employment of the students cultivated from the information management speciality is not ideal. This paper analyzes on these differences between the talent cultivation of the information management speciality and the social needs in aspects of the cultivation mode, ability structure, courses arrangement, etc., expounds the reasons of the occurrence of these differences, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
