摘要
介绍了我国高校职称制度的演进历程,利用博弈论的“制度非均衡状态——制度变迁”观点,分析了高校职称制度改革的必要性,指出高校职称制度改革在兼顾个人利益和集体利益最大化的基础上,要加强激励机制运行的内部制度建设,实行人性化的管理并形成优势的高校文化。
This paper introduces the gradual progress of our country's professional title system, by using the opinion of the game theory's "institutional nonequilibrium——institutional variation", analyzes on the necessity of carrying out the reform of university's professional title system, and points out that based on giving consideration to the maximization of both the individual interest and the collective interests, the reform of university's professional title system muse strengthen the construction of the internal system and the operation of the motivation mechanism, carry out the humanistic management, and form the superior university culture.
