The Problems Existing in the Public Bidding Work of the Highway Construction and Countermeasures

分析了公路施工招投标中存在的问题,提出了实行公路建设项目法人责任制、做好施工企业的资格预审和后审、严格招投标程序、提高投标书的编制质量等规范工程招投标行为的措施。

This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the public bidding work of the highway construction, and puts forward some measures for regulating the public bidding behaviors of the engineering such as practicing the highway construction project＇s legal person＇s responsibility system, doing well construction enterprises＇ qualification preexamination and after-examination, executing the bidding procedures strictly, and improving the compiling quality of the bidding document, etc.
