针对能源短缺和能源浪费严重的矛盾,阐述了我国加强煤炭资源开发与综合利用的必要性,从供热市场化,合理使用中、小型燃煤锅炉等方面,探讨了资源开发、节约能源、保护环境之间的关系,并提出了合理化建议。

In the light of the serious contradictions between the energy shortage and the energy waste, this paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the development and comprehensive utilization of the coal resources in China, probes into the relationship among the resources development, energy conversation and the environmental protection from the marketing of the heat supply, and the rational use of the small and medium-sized coal-burning boilers, etc., and puts forward some rational suggestions.
