摘要
由于人工目测对干涉条纹成像板的分辨率较低,影响了光干涉甲烷测量仪甲烷检测的精度,为此提出利用线阵型CCD(Charge Coupled Device)对干涉条纹进行自动测量的方法.通过CCD驱动、零点自调、阈值获取及方向判断等关键技术,实现了干涉条纹位移的精确测量,再由单片机对线阵型CCD输出的测量信号进行智能处理,显示了甲烷含量的测量结果.实验结果表明,设计的仪器在测量甲烷气体时,分辨率提高了10倍以上,为提高甲烷测量精度创造了条件.
Because of lower resolution of vision to interference stripe, the measuring accuracy of methane measuring device is quite low. In order to solve the problem, an automatic measuring method was presented based on Linear CCD (Charge Coupled Device). The displacement of interference fringes was measured accurately by using CCD drive, zero self-regulation, threshold obtaining, direction judging and other key technologies. The concentration of methane was displayed by processing signals from linear CCD with a single-chip computer. Experimental results show that the resolution of device increased by 10 times, which provides a favorable condition for measuring, methane accurately.
