通过轧制力的计算,对穿孔机轴承的校验,φ50mm小型无缝钢管穿孔机进行的技术改造作了总结。并叙述了轴向力与径向力的分离,以及特定条件下失效轴承的长期“正常”运转现象。
This article makes a summary to the technical reform of φ50mm small sized seamless steel tube puncher through calculating the rolling power and checking bearings. It recounts the separation of axial and radial force and long-term operation of invalid bearing under specified conditions.
