摘要
介绍了安钢炼铁厂高炉喷煤的主体设备及工艺流程,分析了高炉喷煤后取得喷煤76.84kg/t、焦比降低66kg/t的冶炼效果及原因,指出了目前喷煤系统存在一些问题及今后改造措施。
This article introduces the major equipment and process flow of BFs coal injection system at Anyang Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd., analyzes the operational results and causes that coal injection rate of 76. 84kg/t and reduced coke ratio of 66kg/t reached on BF and it also puts forward the existing problems and adoptable measures in future in the coal injection system.
