复脉饮对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者ET、CGRP、TXB_2、6-keto-PGF_(1α)的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨复脉饮治疗2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的作用机制。方法68例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和西药对照组(34例),观察患者血中内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量、脑血流量变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组在改善神经功能缺损、改善脑动脉狭窄与供血不足,及降低ET、TXB2,升高CGRP、6-keto-PGF1α方面,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05~P<0.01)。两组在降糖调脂作用方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复脉饮可调节ET、CGRP、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平,改善脑血管功能状态,这可能是其治疗2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的作用机制之一。 Objective To evaluate the mechanism of Fumai decoction in treating type 2 diabetes meUitus combined with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group (34 cases) and western medicine control group (34 cases) at random. The serum levels of Endothelin (ET), Calcitonin gene related-pepitide (CGRP), Thromboxane-B2 (TXB2), 6-ketone-prostagla-ndins F1α (6-keto-POF1α) and cerebral blood flow variation, clinical therapeutic effect were observed. Result Compared 2 groups, there was significant difference in improving neurological impairment, cerebral artery stenosis, cerebral circulation insufficiency and reducing levels of ET and TXB2, enhancing levels of CGRP and 6-keto-POF1α (P〈0.05-P〈0.01), and no significant difference in the hypoglycemic effect and lipid modulation (P〉0.05). Conclusion Fumai decoction can adjust the serum levels of ET, CGRP, TXB2 and 6-keto-POF1α, and improve cerebrovascular function. Probably this is one of the mechanisms in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with acute cerebral infarction.
