益气明目丸对视网膜缺血模型三磷酸腺苷酶和乳酸的影响

Effect of Yiqimingmu Pill on Retinal Ischemia Model on ATPase and LD

目的通过动物实验观察益气明目丸对视网膜缺血兔三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)和乳酸(LD)的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将32只日本大耳白家兔随机分为4组,即空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、药物对照组(C组)及治疗组(D组)。将B、C、D组造模视网膜缺血,经治疗1个月后,取相应指标检测,并作统计学处理。结果经过治疗后,B、C组与A组相比较,ATPase含量较低,LD含量较高;而D组与A组比较,ATPase和LD含量相差不大。结论益气明目丸治疗视网膜缺血性病变疗效确切,且优于补中益气丸。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqimingmu pill on ATPase and LD of retinal ischemia rabbit, and probe into its mechanism. Methods Thirty-two Japanese large-ear white rabbits were divided into four groups, normal group （A group）, model group （B group）, comparison group （C group） and treated group （D group）. Retinal ischemia was made in B, C and D group. After the treatment of one month, testing the correspondent indexes and studying with statistics. Remits After the treatment of one month, in B and C group, the content of ATPse was lower, while the content of LD was higher compared with A group. Conclusion Yiqimingmu pill is reliable in the treatment of retinal ischemia, and superior to Buzhongyiqi wan.
