摘要
目的建立柴葛解肌汤中黄芩苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱:KromasilC18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);检测波长:280nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0mL/min。结果在0.3373~1.6865μg范围内峰面积与黄芩苷含量呈线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.87%,RSD=1.66%。结论利用HPLC法测定柴葛解肌汤中黄芩苷含量操作简单,结果准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining Baicalin in Chaigejieji decoction.Method Baicalin was separated on ODS Kromasil Cis column with a mobile phase of methanol-waterphosphoric acid (47 : 53 : 0.2) and detected at 280 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.3373- 1.6865μg (r=0.9997). The average recovery of Baicalin was 97.87% and RSD was 1.66%. Conclusion It is a simple and accurate method for the determination of Baicalin in Chaigejieji decoction.
