摘要
以钼酸钠(Na2MoO4.2H2O),1-羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)和硫酸锌(ZnS04.7H20)为原药,分别组成一元、二元和三元等复合缓蚀剂配方,通过不同的实验方法(失重法和电化学方法)研究了钼膦系缓蚀剂对碳钢在循环冷却水中的缓蚀协同效应,着重讨论了钼膦系缓蚀剂对不同材质在不同介质中,缓蚀剂对腐蚀速率和缓蚀的影响。通过大量的实验,用三角形图解法研究了在实验浓度范围内,缓蚀率、腐蚀速率与缓蚀剂配方浓度比之间的变化规律。为开发新一代低成本、高效能的钼磷系复配缓蚀剂提供了经济、高效的配方和准确、可靠的理论依据。
In this paper the synergistic effect of molybdenum-phosphine series of corrosion inhibitors, which were composed of molybdate (Na2MoO4" 2H2O), 1-hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonate (HEDP) and zinc, on carbon steal in cooling water are studied by different methods: weightlessness and electrochemistry. And the effect of these corrosion inhibitors on various mateial is discussed through the changes of corrosion rate an dratio with the variation of concentration of corrosion inhibitor. The reserarch offer an accurate and reliable theory foundation to generate a new molybdenum-phosphine corrosion inhibitor with low cost and high efficacy.
