摘要 哮喘是由多种细胞因子和炎性介质参与的非特异性炎症,呼吸道反应性增高是其主要特点,呼吸道平滑肌细胞(airway smooth muscle cells,ASMCs)是哮喘非特异性炎症的主要靶细胞。小G蛋白Rho GTP酶通过Rock激酶作用于ASMCs导致呼吸道反应性增高和气道重塑及参与细胞因子和炎性因子的调节从而在哮喘的发病机制中起重要作用。 Asthma is a non-specific bronchial inflammation, whose main character is respiratory hyperergy. Airway smooth muscle cell,is the main effector cell responsible for non-specific inflammation. Small G protein Rho GTP kinase can result in respiratory hyperergy and airway remodeling by Rock kinase and participating in the regulation of cytokines and inflammatory factors , which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
