摘要 乳酸杆菌是一种重要的生物反应剂,其对机体宿主具有多种有益的功能。许多研究表明,乳酸杆菌具有抗肿瘤作用,从免疫学角度论证其免疫赋活作用等抗肿瘤的机制,对在未来开发应用微生态制剂来治疗或预防肿瘤具有重要的意义。 Laetobacillus are regarded as an important biological response agent and have many benefits to the host. Many studies indicated laetobaeillus have antitumor function, we review the mechanisms of antitumor of laetobacillus in the immune activation and so on , which has important significances to exploit microecologic preparation in future to cure or prevent cancer.
