血管内皮细胞生长因子及其受体与血液系统恶性肿瘤的关系 被引量:2

摘要 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)主要作用于血管内皮细胞的一种细胞因子,是最重要的促进血管新生的因子,具有促进内皮细胞增殖与分化、促进细胞内钙聚集、增加微血管的通透性并诱导血管生成等作用。血管内皮生长因子以及其受体(vascular endothelial growthfactor receptor,VEGFR)在多种肿瘤细胞中均有高水平的表达。在恶性血液肿瘤中发现有血管新生,并伴随VEGF及其受体表达的升高,对于恶性血液肿瘤细胞的生长、增生、转移、生存、稳定具有极其重要的作用。国外学者应用逆转录酶链反应、免疫印迹法、固相放射免疫分析等方法,对不同类型、不同时期的恶性血液病患者外周血和骨髓标本的VEGF、VEGFR进行测定分析后认为VEGF、VEGFR与不同类型的白血病的治疗、复发、预后均有一定的关系。 VEGF is one kind of cell factors which mainly affects on the vascular endothelial cell. It is also the most important factor to promote blood vessel regeneration, which has many effects in promoting endotheliocyte proliferatiom and differentiation and the gather of intracellular Ca^2+ , increasing the microvascular permeability and inducing the vascular regeneration. VEGF/VEGFR has the high level expression in many kinds of tumor cells. In the hematological malignancies, anglogenesis was found, followed by the high expression of VEGF/VEGFR, which have an important role in the growth, proliferation, shift, survival, stabilization of tumor cells. Some scholars in other nations considered that there was corralation between VEGF/VEGFR and treatment, replapse, prognosis of acute leukemia, after studying the expression of VEGF/VEGFR in serum and bone marrow, using Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) immunoradiometricassay(IRMA) and Western blotting.
