摘要 肿瘤的发生、发展和常规治疗的预后与机体的免疫状态密切相关。通过免疫干预可以打破免疫耐受、重新激发机体免疫系统消除肿瘤细胞的能力,随着免疫学和基因工程发展,免疫治疗在不少恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中,已经成为临床肿瘤治疗的第4种治疗模式。宫颈癌的免疫治疗方法很多,免疫治疗和预防的研究是较为活跃的领域。本文对近年的宫颈癌的免疫治疗与预防研究进展予以综述。 The body's immune state has a close relationship with the genesis and development of tumor and its prognosis of conventional therapy, Immunologic intervention may break through the immunological competence, therefore remotivate the immunifaction's capability of clearing up the tumor cells. With the development of immUnology and genetic engineering,immunotherapy has ranked the forth model of the Clinic tumor therapy in the combined therapy of malignant tumor. There are many therapies applied in the tumor's immunotherapy. Nowadays, the study of immunotherapy and prevention is attractive in this field. In this paper, a summary of the tumor's immunotherapy and prevention in the recent years will be given.
