高血压早期肾损害的检测方法

The Detection Methods of the Early Renal Disease of Hypertension

高血压是肾脏损害的重要独立危险因素。而高血压早期肾脏就出现了以尿微量蛋白等为特征的肾小管肾小球的功能异常。肾脏通过体液调节和血管活性物质生成直接或间接的加重高血压的进程以及各终末器官的损害。所以对高血压早期肾损害的早期诊断就显得尤为重要。本文就对近年高血压病早期肾损害的检测方法进展作一综述。

Hypertension is an important independent risk factor of renal damage. And the disfunctions of nephfic tubule and glomerulus characterized by renal small protein have appeared in the earlier period of the hypertensive kidney. The kidney can aggravate the proceeding of hypertension and damages of all endorgans through humoral regulation and producing vasoactive substances directly or indirectly. Therefore, it appears to be very important of the early diagnosis of early hypertensive renal damage. This article is to overview the progress of the detection methods of early hypertensive renal disease in the recent years.
