摘要 介绍了冶金机修行业计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统─YXCAPP系统的基本原理、零件信息描述及动态组合操作、系统结构及运行过程等。与通常的检索式系统相比,该系统柔性好,适合于回转类零件,对非回转类零件也可通过人机对话的方式,生成零件的工艺规程。该系统经实践应用,证明是一个较适合冶金机修行业和中、小型机械厂的切实可行的CAPP系统。CAPP,工艺知识库,工艺基元(WE) The basic theory of the manufacture and maintenance of metallurgical machinery enterprises computer added process planing system─YXCAPP system is introduced.The description of the parts information, the operation of moving composition,the system construction and operation process are discussed.Compared with the normal system,this system has better flexibility. It is suitable for the tylie of turning round parts.For the type of unturning round parts,it can also exist the part technology with the dialog between the person and computer.It is proved that the system is a good one for the middle and small machinery plants and for manufacture and maintenance of metallurgical enterprises.
