Fatigue and Fracture Properties of 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti Forging Steel for Nuclear Power and Its Safety Evaluation

摘要 研究了0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti锻钢的疲劳性能(低周疲劳,高周疲劳,热疲劳)和动,静态断裂韧度(Kid,K1c)。结果表明,0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti锻钢的疲劳性能和动,静态断裂韧度满足ASME规范的安全性要求,该材料具有良好的综合力学性能。 This paper studied the fatigue properties (low-cycle fatigue, highcycle fatigue, thermal fatigue) and static and dynamic fracture toughness (K _(1d) ̄J,K_(1c) ̄J) of OCr18Ni12Mo2Ti forging steel. The results show that the fatigue properties and static and dynamic fracture toughness of 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti forging steel can meet the safety requirements in ASME code. This material has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
