钢筋热处理线的集中控制系统

Lumped-Control System of Heat-Treatment Production Line for Reinforcing Bars

以高强度阴螺纹钢筋为例介绍了钢筋热处理生产线的自动控制功能。给出了实现这些功能的硬件、软件框图。阐述了以Ｃ系列可编程序控制器为主的ＰＣ机实现这些控制功能的方法以及相应控制软件的执行过程。此套控制系统操作简便、可靠、满足热处理工艺要求，对提高产品质量和产量发挥了重要作用。

Taking the high strength PC bar for example, this paper introduce the automatic control function of the heat-treatment line of the reinforcing bar production. The hardware and software block charts that achieve this function have been provided.The method to realize controlling purpose by utilizing the PC mainly composed of PLC and the process of relevant controlling software are described.Featured with reliable performance and ease opreration, this system has met the demands of the heat-treatment line and played an important role in improving the quality and output of products.
