摘要
描述了充填床内气、液两相逆向流的实验过程,得到模型实验的规律,并以此分析了高炉氧煤强化炼铁的优化条件。当采用固定风量操作时,理论极限为15%富氧率,喷煤量320kg/t铁;当采用维持炉缸煤气量不变的操作手段时,理论极限为20%富氧率,喷煤量370kg/t铁。
The experiment process for studying gas and liquid phase counter flow in packed bed is introduced in this paper.The rule is found.Some conclusions for the blast furnace operation with high amount of injected coal and oxygen have been obtained on the basis of mentioned rule.Under the condition of fixed flow rate of the blast,the limit oxygen enrichment rate is l5%,the maximum amout of injected coal is 320kg/t_(Iron);Under the condition of fixed gas volume in bosh,the limit oxygen enrichment rate is 20%, the maximum volume of injected coal is 370kg/t_(Iron).
